Comments: I've made this a couple of times and we like it. Last time I used a skin on 1/2 Turkey B r e a s t so I browned it well before I put it in. My only change is to cut the wild rice down a bit. It's way too much for the two of us and the rice doesn't necessarily reheat into much more than porridge if it's already been cooking in the crock pot all day. |

Comments: This was a good, hearty casserole. The seasoning was a bit off to my taste, but I trusted my boyfriend with the shopping and he decided he didn't want to buy the marjoram. We used a bit of parsley, some basil, maybe something else, and I just don't think it was the quite right combination. However, I would make this again, because it is a great meal - with the turkey, the rice, the veggies - and I would like to try it with the right seasoning! |

Comments: Not bland at all, it's a season to taste dish, as are all recipes. Good and easy winter stick-to-your-ribs kind of meal. |
