This was excellent, and made for fantastic leftovers. Much easier to make it on the Sunday then ahead of time then have it for dinner after work on Monday.

We get more requests for this meal than any other. Friends and family all request it an awe at how delicious it is. We also marinate the chicken in fruit juice (usually apple raspberry) to add extra flavor.

My whole family loves this recipe...make at least 1-2 times every few weeks. The glase works well on other meats as well, so experiment and try it out; thanks

This was terrific. I had to use an indoor pan but it still turned out fantastic and the sauce thickened a bit on the pan and there was enough to serve on top of the turkey (I used turkey breast strips). I forgot to add the fresh raspberries, though, even though I bought them just for this dish! haha My partner loved it, even though he is very picky.

We LOVED this recipe. It's so easy, with very few ingredients, and comes out looking beautiful and tasting unbelievably delicious. We had a few friends over for dinner and they all ooed and awed with every bite, and then asked for the recipe.

This recipe was wonderful. I fixed this for Memorial Day 2007. I boiled the chicken pieces for 15 minutes first to precook a bit and get the meat moist. I put the glaze on one side of the chicken 10 minutes before grilling was complete, then turned the chicken and glazed the other side for the last 5 minutes. The whole family raved over this.

My family loved this dish. Its sweetness and tangy glaze kept the chicken moist and not dry. This is a great summer meal.

I thought this recipe was fantastic. All I added was raspberry vinegret dressing (about a 1/2 tsp)just for an extra kick. But I'm the kind of person who loves fruit with my meat.

The mustard-jam glaze lends itself well to grilling. It led to some other experimentation.. and orange or lemon marmalade was nice with the mustard too, as was apricot or peach jam. Very nice. The berries on top were okay with my children, but didn't feel "required" to please taste buds. I used fresh berries, I think I'd skip raspberries altogether if frozen was all that was available. The glaze is nice, it goes well with the chicken and would make a nice sauce for meatballs over eggnoodles too!

The recipe was very easy and was very good. The only thing that didn't go over real good was the raspberry jam. I would just put more raspberries over the top.

Very nice and healthy dish, i can see a whole family enjoying it as an alternative to traditional boring roast. The sweetness of the jam and tang of mustard makes such a nice gravy-like sauce. I have found it a lot quicker and easier to bake it as oppose to grill it and even tried adding some rosemary and ginger for a stronger flavour! Very nice and ceratinly healthy
