Comments: I followed the previous tips and used 2 cups of water and 2 packages of ramon. And it did not come out soupy at all. I wanted it to be more of a low mein type of dinner, so instead of using stir-fry type veggies, I cut up a whole head of cabbage into strips, sprouts, sweet onion cut into strips, celery, and water chestnuts. I used 1lb of chicken in place of beef. I used both seasoning packets from the ramon and also put in soy sauce. It came out just like low mein from a chinese resteraunt! My family loved this. I will be making this again for sure! |

Comments: I'll definately be making this recipe again-delicious! I made a few adjustments after reading other reviews-I increased the sirloin to 1 1/4lb, used 24oz of frozen veggies, and used 2 packages of ramen noodles/seasoning packets. It turned out perfect, and wasn't watery at all after making these changes. I served it with eggrolls and homemade egg drop soup, my husband devoured it all! |

Comments: Excellent! Everyone ate it and not one complaint! Tasted like it came from a Chinese restaurant menu and was entirely gone. The only thing I did different was add an extra packet of soup mix...it seemed to have too much liquid. Extremely fast and tasted great! New favorite in my house! |

Comments: I also used the 5 cup size frozen stir fry vegetables with 2 packages of oriental flavor ramen noodles. I added an extra can of sliced mushrooms. This turned out perfect. I have picky eaters here and we will make this over and over again. |

Comments: I made it with frozen stir fry veggies, doubled the recipe b/c I have 3 boys & a husband to feed. My family loved it and ate every bite of it. I think next time I will brown my meat with some sort of flavored oil like italian dressing. I will also try again with shrimp or chicken. Very easy and cant wait to try it again with different flavored stir fry sauces. |

Comments: great, easy to make, quick supper. Agree with posts on soupieness with 2 cups water. Try less water (1 or 1.5 cups water or another pkg of Ramen noodles. Thicker Asian style noodles can also be substituted for Ramen style noodles. Additions like water chestnuts can add some crunch. Teriyaki stir fry sauce is truly needed for extra zest. Avoid overcooking the noodles or vegetables. |

Comments: This is the second time making this and I made them a little differnt eachtime. The first time I didnt have Oriental Ramen noodles so I used chicken. It was ok, but I definatly like it better with Oriental flavor. The second time, I added fresh pinnaple and its juices and used the Oriental flavor. It was AWESOME! I like things a little sweeter so the pinnaple was a perfect addition. So easy to make, and I will definatly make it again.
Oh-instead of using fresh veggies, I bought a bag of frozen stir fry veggies. It was still excellent and much easier! |

Comments: This is one of the easiest and favorite recipes. You can substitute any Ramen Flavor , any meat or seafood and any stir-fry. We add 3 packages of Ramen. It is very hearty, not soupy and tastes great. |

Comments: We enjoyed it but want to try different stir-fry sauces because that can really dictate how well we like this dish. Used frozen stir-fry veggies but would rather go with fresh next time. Broke the Ramen noodles up too much...should keep them a little longer. Easy to make and will make again. |

Comments: simple to make, great flavor. i used shrimp instead of beef. my boyfriend loved it. my only problem was it was too salty for me. i think omitting the seasoning packet will fix that. ramen seasoning is usually very salty to begin with. other than that, this recipe is a keeper! |

Comments: I really like this recipe as it's so quick and my family loves it. I like that it uses fresh vegetables instead of frozen. Even though it's a "Ramen" recipe, I have found that they get to soft for our taste and so I substitute slightly undercooked chow mein noodles (Marco Polo brand)instead. This is just right and makes it more filling, also. |

Comments: Very good, quick meal. I think I would like it better if the noodles were a little more substantial, like Yakasobi noodles instead of Ramen. My family really liked it! |
