The Bon Bons are very sweet and fun to make. Working with the candy coating was not hard and decorating them was easy, however it was hard to roll them into a nice round ball. I made the bon bons for a fund raiser dinner dance we are having to raise money for my sons school hockey team, I was able to find candy coating in the school colors, orange, black and white.
Next time I will chose a frosting that is less sweet. I used a cream cheese frosting and it was just a little too sweet.
