The title is appropriate, 'Impossible Easy' as dumping everything in a blender and pouring into a pie dish sans pie crust IS easy, but the final product was to me, as it was to another reviewer, not acceptable. Too dense, not creamy, and lacking in great pumpkin pie flavor. Without the caramel sauce, way too dry, and I don't believe I over-baked it. After two pieces, I threw the balance out. Too bad - I really wanted to like this pie.

I wasn't at all impressed with this recipe. The texture was very tough, not at all creamy like a cheesecake should be. I won't be making it again

I'm a single dad, my son loves pumpkin pie, but doesn't like the crust. I made this and he said "Awesome eats Dad".......

I made this years ago and it was a huge hit, so easy to make, it's absolutely fool proof.

I have not made this recipe in a long time. Glad you sent it out again. It really is good and you can make it less calories and fat but substituting the eggs with egg substitute and the sugar with one of the sugar free options.

I first made this for our family Thanksgiving potluck in 2007. I commented that I had not made the "traditional" pumpkin pie that year. After tasting it (and subsequently fininshing all the remaining pieces), my teenage grandson said, "we should start a NEW tradition!" We have. It is a definite hit.
