I was skeptical about this but I gave it a try. It is outstanding. I served them to family who don't need to eat gluten free and they raved about them too. Will definitely keep making this recipe.

I dislike gluten free baking. I have been able to eat real food my whole life, until recently. So I was scepitical about the new line of gluten free products, but was still willing to give them a try. I tried this recipe last week and it almost made me forget that it was Gluten Free! You only get the smallest hint right at the end of a different texture. So just eat them fast and you'll love them!

Amazing recipe. the browned butter frosting is sublime and offers just enough sweetness. The recipe is def. one I will make again. I made no modifications whatsoever. Enjoy!

Excellent recipe - easy to make and delicious! The taste & texture of these cupcakes is great. No one will be able to tell they're gluten free. They're a huge improvement over the other crumbly, carboard-tasting options from other companies. Modifying the yellow cake mix and making the frosting were both very easy. Anyone with gluten allergies / intolerance will appreciate this recipe for its simplicity and great taste!

Made these great cupcakes for my son's 2nd birthday party. Everyone gobbled them up and asked for the recipe! The cupcakes were hands down the best baked good I've made since my son was found to be allergic to wheat. The brown butter frosting was also quite decadent and will be used often! Can't wait to try the rest of the Gluten-Free line!

As the mother of a 6 year old boy who is gluten intollerant I was thrilled with the results of these cupcakes. The flavor was amazing but the texture!!!! WOW!!! Most GF food is grainy and requires a lot of water to wash down, but these were so moist and delicious! I served them to all of my guests at a dinner party this evening and no one believed me that they were GF until i showed them the recipe and the box of cake mix. I cannot tell you enough how much my little boy enjoyed these. He is already asking me for his fourth one!!! Thank you BC!

We decided to whip these muffins up as a quick treat to take to a picnic, and get rid of some brown bananas. The texture was wonderful, and the flavor was absolutely fantastic. Needless to say, we needed to bake another treat to take along. In addition, only one of my three children has a gluten allergy. All of us that tend to avoid the GF sweets (because of flavor, texture, etc) gobbled these muffins just as quickly as Sydney did!
