These are sooo good...They don't last long! Even my 'can eat' gluten friends love them. Might try these with sweet potato too! When I put them on the cookie sheet I dip a fork in powdered sugar so they cook evenly. I love your gluten free mixes!! They make me feel 'normal'... Thank you!

While I can appreciate the Betty Crocker website promoting new products/mixes, I am still disappointed to click on what sounds like a great recipe, only to find that it requires something that I can't find in my small town. Perhaps the home economists who develop these recipes can also develop a "from scratch" version for those of us who would otherwise have no use for these "from a mix" recipes?

I thought the chocolate and the pumpkin were not really a good combo, but that's just my opinion. They are easy and I might try to tweak the recipe as others have done to see if I can improve the taste. I think if Betty Crocker could add a cookie mix minus the chocolate chips to the line, we could really come up with some neat recipes. Thank you Betty Crocker for these amazing mixes. I have tried them all.

Great cookies, although they came out a bit "cake-like". Next time I will try to bake them a bit longer than the 15 minutes suggested. Taste was very good, but there was a slight aftertaste, which I've come to simply expect from gluten free baked goods.

I ran across this recipe trying to make a dessert for someone with a gluten allergy. I didn't want to buy specialty ingredients for gluten-free flour, as I don't really have a use for it day-to-day. I'll be using this recipe again, for myself! :) Delicious results, and SO simple. I adjusted this recipe to the following (it looks like a long list, but they're just spices really): -ommitted the raisins -added the following: -1/2 C chopped walnuts -1/2 tsp cinnamon -1/4 tsp ground cloves -1/4 tsp ground nutmeg -1/8 tsp cardamom (the secret ingredient!)

I first want to "Thank" everyone who had a part in getting Betty Crocker to make gluten free baking products! We have been baking gluten free for over 4.5 years and this recipe is the best homemade gluten free baking product that we have made in our home so far. I did make a few changes - 1. I did not add the raisins. 2. I used a #40 Ice Cream Scooper - the cookies did not flaten however they baked almost like a muffin - which tasted amazing. They where flat on the bottom and rounded on top. 3. I found a Pumpkin Pie Spice by McCormick and used that instead of the Cinnamon. 4. I make a thick glaze with milk & powdered sugar 5. I chilled them in the refrigerator. 6. In my oven they took 15 minutes to bake. Enjoy!!!!

I am so happy that Betty Crocker has come up with a Gluten Free line or baking products. I just made the Pumpkin-Chocolate Chip Cookies, and they were amazing. My husband and I loved them. We shared some with a couple of friends too ;) And they absolutely loved them as well. Thanks a bunch Betty Crocker!

So yummy! Fun to quickly whip up a batch to take over to my dear daughter-in-law who is expecting our twin grandcherubs. Adding the pumpkin and raisin and/or nuts to your easy mix ingredients give her celiac body more nutrition. I found it necessary to press them with a fork half way through baking for fear they would stay rounded. I cooked them for 16 minutes. Maybe mine were a bit bigger than 2 tablespoons of dough but I don't think by much. Anyway, I think this recipe is great!

Very similar to cookies I used to make before being diagnosed with Celiac. Very good and easy. A few small chopped pecans are a nice option too.
