Comments: Awesome recipe!! The chicken fell off the bone it was so moist. I used Heineken Beer for my brine which was perfect because I was able to find a 24 oz keg can. I'm not a beer drinker though so I'd love to hear recommendations of other types of beer to try. The only deviation I made from the recipe was to gently peel back the skin & put some of the rub directly on the meat. I will definitely make this one again & try the suggestions of adding cayenne & different seasonings. Thanks for the great recipe. |

Comments: Loved this!! Did not have a 2 gallon resealable bag, so I ended up doubling the brine so the chicken was completely submerged. I did add the cayenne to the rub. Also did not bake but made the chicken on the grill with another can of beer, and added some of the spice rub to the beer before grilling. Very good!! Definitely a do again!! |

Comments: This recipe is very versatile. Try different kinds of beer to see how it changes the flavor. Give your rub an extra kick by adding 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper to the recipe. These recipes are meant to inspire you, so go ahead, get creative! |
