This was very easy to make. I added 4th of July sprinkles on the top. I didn't think it was very good, however. I was worried about being able to slice into the cake once it had been in the freezer for a while. When I took it out to sit for a moment, the ice cream softened very quickly. I was able to slice the ice cream easily, but the brownie part was hard to slice. When eating this, the brownie was too frozen and hard, but the ice cream melted quickly. I won't make this again. |
