This recipe was fantastic. I baked the brownies in a disposable 13x9 pan so that there was less cleanup. Also, I used milk chocolate over 1/2 of the brownies, and dark chocolate over the other 1/2, then popped the brownies under the broiler for another 10 seconds or so to make the chocolate pieces extra gooey. I've heard nothing but rave reviews from the people I've shared these with.

I thought this was a very good recipe. I made the brownies from scratch in a 8x8 square pan, then I continued the recipe as follows but I halved the ingredients. Overall it tasted very good.

Big hit. Served warm is best. The marshmellows, graham crackers, & chocolate were wonderful. A great way to have Smores even if no campfire is available.

I made these for eating on the beach while watching the fourth of july fireworks. They were a huge hit, but very messy. The leftovers (after thorough refridgeration) were easier to cut and eat. I used bear shaped graham crackers, which made them very cute.

Instead of broiling the topping, I took brownies out of oven about 4 minutes before they were done, topped with marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker pieces and returned to oven until marshmallows were puffed. These made for a topping that stayed soft. My son home from college for the weekend really likes them and wants to take the remaining brownies back with him!

This is the prefect summer time brownie! I made these for a family get together when our campfire was rained out and they were a huge hit. They were also a nice little morning camping breakfast with just a few seconds in the mircrowave!

Delicious combination. Definitely serve warm when the marshmallows are gooey, otherwise it tastes like a brownie mix, graham crackers, marshmallows & semi sweet chocolate chips.

These are my new favorite brownie recipe. Made them early this AM to take to work while still warm, for a friends birthday. They were almost inhaled. And they are soooooooo easy to make. I did the 1/2 and 1/2 applesauce/oil thing with the brownies and they turned out great and less fat, which is good considering what all goes on top. That won't stop me from making more tomorrow for my family who are very sad the pan came home empty.

Loved these & so did all the guests at my daughter's Open House for the Vet. Clinic. I used chips instead of the bar candy.

This was a great recipe! I used chocolate chips instead of a bar. I brought it to an informal wedding reception as part of the dessert table. It was the 1st thing to go! Through the crowd I heard how good it was. It sat in a partly sunny spot keeping the chocolate chips and marshmellows slightly gooey. Just like a smore should be. The ony issue was it was a little sticky to cut with a plastic knife. But I heard no complaints on that from anyone. It truely was finger licking!

I was wondering...what pan should you use so it can go into the broiler? I wanted to make these but I can't put our glass pan in the broiler..it'll shatter! What do you suggest? This recipe looks so good, I really would like to try it!

Very easy to make and a HUGE hit. The receipe called for mimi marshmallows but all I had in the house was the large size and they worked great. I also used just one candy bar instead of two. They do brown VERY quickly under the broiler so be careful.
