Comments: This "Healthified" version of Cranberry Bread is EXCELLENT! I substituted Splenda/sugar baking mix for the sugar in the recipe, and Pumpkin Pie spice for the ginger, which I didn't have on hand. Everything else was the same ingredients. The wheat flour gives a wonderful texture to this bread. It's a keeper at our house. |
