Comments: I made this for my Mah Jong group, and used dukesmom's idea to serve muffins and fresh fruit. What a hit, everyone loved it. And my husband enjoyed the leftovers. |

Comments: This was fabulous and perfect for the hot days of summer. I served this with muffins and fresh fruit for dinner and ate the leftovers for lunch the next day! Next time I'll add some toasted pine nuts for even more flavor. |

Comments: YUMMY! We tried this and loved it. Our small town grocery store did not have that Suddenly Salad version, so we found one from Macoroni Grill (Creamy Basil Parm. Chicken... I think) and tried the recipe with that. It was good!! I made the Healthified Greek Layered Dip that night, too. We decided to make a relish out of some of the toppings from the dip (both peppers, onions, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, cucumbers and olives) and added that to the pasta just before serving. Great variation to try! Mixin' it up! |
