These cupcakes are so soft and sweet! Just a little lemon flavor not to overwhelming. THey are going to be great for this summer!
My son loved them with just plain creme in the middle and I think that's what we will do for his birthday! |

It was great, I made party cake mix, and used banana extract for the frosting on top, the kids at pre-school loved them! |

These were very good. The kids loved them. I'll probably use lemon cake mix next time because they weren't as lemony as I thought they would be. |

I just made these yesterday for a church potluck today and they are really yummy but I am not a real big fan of lemon so maybe next time I will use a yellow cake mix rather than a lemon one, it was a little to lemony for my taste.
I may try chocolate filling next time, I think the possiblities are endless for this recipe.
My dog must have thought they smelled DELICIOUS because he got on the table and snatched 4 of them and he has never in the 5 years we have had him gotten on the table and eaten anything. |

The special filling can go with any cupcake flavor. I don't like lemon much, but chocolate creme cupcakes sounds good. |
