Comments: Mmmmmmm!! Purists can use real mashed potatoes from scratch but as written this is convenient, fast, and sooooo tasty. It's versatile too - I'm sure that any vegetable on hand will work if you don't like or have corn.
I cut the recipe in half for potatoes and corn but why skimp on the good parts - I didn't halve the cheese and onions. I baked it in an 8"x8" square pyrex dish. |

Comments: This was so easy to make and I honestly didn't know how it was going to turn but it is really good! My husband and I just loved it and have passed it on to friends and family to enjoy. |

Comments: This is really tasty! It's super easy to make and serves alot of people. I didn't layer it like it said in the directions. I just had one layer of potatoes and then put on the cheese and fried onions. I will definitely make this again. |
