I have to make 2 pans, my family eats them like potato chips. They are EXCELLENT for dessert or a quick snack.

This came out excellent! I followed the recipe exactly except substituted regular sugar for the brown because mine had hardened. The cake was so moist and my husband couldn't eat enough of it! Definitely wait for the cake too cool before frosting; otherwise you are likely to melt it and make a sugary soupy (but yummy) mess.
