I have been doing this for years. Every year for the kids birthdays, I put the pancake batter in a large ziplock bag, put a small snip in the corner and write their names on the griddle. They love it. There's nothing better than your name in pancakes. And yes. make sure your batter is lump free. |

Great idea but make sure you get out ALL the lumps in the batter or the squeeze bottle will clog and make a big mess. |
