I made this for a recent church potluck; it was easy to make, and it went FAST!!! I will definitely make this again.

Here in Sedona, AZ this recipe is perfect for all the sunny days we have to eat out on our deck. It's quick, tasty, AND nice and crunchy on top of a bed of romaine lettuce. Best of all, my husband loves it, and he's not normally a cold pasta eater. Thanks!! Joy

This is the second recipe I have made from BettyCrocker.com and, so far, I have to say I'm not impressed (I'm going to try some of the desserts to be fair). This recipe is too lemony. Also it would be better without the peas. The Suddenly Salad mixes have an overpowering artificial taste to them and I don't care for them alone. I was hoping the other ingredients would dress it up a bit. It didn't. The chicken, pasta, and almonds are good together though.

Very bland Might be better if shrimp were used instead of checken. Still needs something -- tomato, sun dried tomato, red pepper.

Not bad at all, easy and quick. For those of you that practice the art of "epicure" I added some TARAGON before refrigerating the salad, the nose always knows best...trust me on this one. I served this salad with a crab soup, not a word was spoken throug-out the meal...my partner thought I spent a great deal of time on this, but I confess the time was cut in half using the sudden salad mix.

I actually tried this! I am on a lemon kick so the recipie caught my eye. Unfortunately it wasn't great. Go ahead and mix the salad, lemon and diced chicken but leave out the almonds and pea pods. It was a nice try but too many different tastes together. Nice with crackers on the side.

Use less &light mayo and VOO instead of cup of regular mayo. Lets rate recipes on its flavor and ease to do not on calories (which can always be altered with some thought).

I fixed this while camping to share at our group potluck dinner; easy to prepare. I used lite mayonnaise, canned chicken, and substituted sugar-snap peas, for snow peas, that gave the salad a fresh, crunchy taste. Since I prepared double the recipe, I had a little leftover. It was still delicious and crunchy the next day. I will prepare this again.

I used low-fat mayo and turned out great, that may be the way to go. Loved it!

Ok, should have paid closer attention to the review about to much mayo. Using a lite mayo, I made this dish only to be disappointed. WAAAAAYYYYYY to much mayo - wAAAAAYYYYY to many calories/fat for a summertime pasta salad. Would have rated a 0 but 1 was the lowest.

"Salad" seems a misnomer when a serving is 800 calories and 56 grams of fat. I'm not the "food police," I definitely enjoy splurging sometimes, but come on -- there are so many healthier ways to make pasta salad. A cup of mayonnaise? Yuck!!
