Comments: These are delightful cookies, easy to make and guaranteed crowd-pleasers. I've made them several times, sometimes using red currant jelly instead of raspberry preserves. Adds a hint of tartness to this very sweet cookie. |

Comments: I made these with lemon pudding and lemon preserves. Were a little difficult to roll. I think I'd like to try to make them with melted butter instead. Otherwise good cookies. |

Comments: these cookies are amazing. we just had a cookie sale bake off at work and I brought these in. First of all I won first place and I had people coming up to me asking if I took orders. Will def use this recipe again! They were very easy to make but wouldnt recommend in the summer months my chocolate flakes kept melting in between batches! |

Comments: I used strawberry jam. These were very easy indeed. With that said, I sent my family to the store for the cheesecake pudding mix and they came back with sugar-free saying that was all the store had. I do not think that is what is supposed to be used in the recipe. My cookies did spread a little so I am thinking it wasn't the best plan. They also had a slight "sugar-free" taste. All in all it is a decent cookie and I will try it again with regular pudding. Did anyone else out there use sugar-free???? |

Comments: Couldn't find raspberry jam, so I used blackberry and they were still excellent. I think I'll drizzle the chocolate next time. Also a 1/4 tsp. makes a great tool for the center thumbprint. |

Comments: I thought these tasty and easy! Not sure why the one poster had to extend her cooking time, I actually had to drop mine back to 6 minutes 30 seconds. The dough did dry up a bit the in the later batches, but no big deal. I will try drizzling the chocolate next time! |

Comments: These were okay. They are very very sweet and I thought they were messy to make. I might try these with a different flavor of pudding or different jam. thanks! |

Comments: All I can say is WOW! These cookies are so delightful. The only change I made was that I used black cherry preserves instead of the raspberry jam. It tastes like a little cherry cheesecake. They are so easy to make and cleanup was a breeze because I used parchment paper. I will definately be baking them again. |

Comments: Tasty cookies. You may need to add a little bit of water to the dough in order to roll easier. Use a measuring teaspoon to make an even indentation. Cooking time was longer than 8-10 minutes. Parchment paper makes cleanup easier. |

Comments: These are yummy. However, as someone who has never made any thumbprint cookie before (i know, how does that happen), do not actually use your thumb, you'll squash the cookie down too much and the 'basin' for the jam will be too shallow & you'll end up w/ a jelly mess when baking. Use the end of a wooden spoon instead. |

Comments: I made these last week for our school's election day bake sale. Instead of grating the white chocolate over them, I just drizzled some melted white chocolate over them - soooo good! I plan to make these for Christmas, one batch using the cheesecake pudding and another with coconut cream pudding & pineapple preserves (and I'll sprinkle flaked coconut on top). I give it 5 spoons! |
