Comments: I thought these sounded delicious, so I tried to make them. I am not a real experienced baker, but they sounded easy enough. Well I followed the instructions, but for some reason almost all of the cookies were burned when I took them out at 25 min, and I'm not sure that the filling portion was set either. I wish I knew what happened, having wasted an hour and a half on them! |

Comments: These were absolutely fantastic!! And very creative..they look just like a boston cream pie, but taste better!! I can see why they were
picked as one of the finalist choices in the Bake Life Sweeter Cookie Mix 2008..Great Job!!! |

Comments: These tasted nothing like Boston Cream Pie but more like cheesecake. They were good, but I think the name is deceiving and should be changed as they are not what you expect. |

Comments: I tried this recipe, and used the lower fat cream cheese and sugar-free/fat-free instant vanilla pudding. These came out wonderfully, and upon chilling them as directed, we enjoyed sampling these treats. I shared several with a friend, and she raved about how good they are. I recommend this recipe if you'd like to provide a tasty treat that isn't a run-of-the-mill cupcake! Just be careful when you take of the paper liner - that fudgy frosting can be a little messy. You might have to lick your fingers...:) |
