Comments: 1ST Place Winner in 4-H cookery contest !!!! We changed the pumpkin to sweet potato & everybody LOVED it!(I didn't use pumpkin spice either) This recipe was so easy and makes a beautiful presentation cut into small squares and drizzled with the chocolate & caramel. I will surely be making this recipe again! My 3 sons loved it also & they don't even eat sweet potatoes! Definitely a keeper!! |

Comments: Definitely worth the effort. This recipe can serve a lot of people if you cut them into smaller squares! Beware though, it's very rich! We decided this is our new Thanksgiving dessert. :) |

Comments: These were sooo yummy! I made them for my family this past Thanksgiving. The recipe called for oatmeal cookie mix but the store I went to only had oatmeal chocolate chip mix so I bought & used that instead. I left off the chocolate sauce for the topping & only added the carmel. They were wonderful! My mom wants me to make it again for Christmas! |

Comments: I tried this recipe for the first time this Thanksgiving to take to my sister-in-law's house and they were absolutely delicious! They were really easy to make and letting them cool completely was a plus when it came to cutting into squares. I think they lasted 15 minutes on the dessert table! This one is definately a keeper. |

Comments: I made this for Thanksgiving, I don't like pumpkin personally but the cookie base gives it a sweetness that makes it quite pleasant. My daughter who is a picky eater loves this. It was easy to make and something I will definitely make again. |

Comments: Just tried this and it turned out amazinggg. I had to replace the tbsp of pumpkin pie spice for cinnamon because the pumpkin pie spice had nutmeg, and my boyfriend has a nut allergy, but it still turned out great! But I highlyyy reccommend greasing the pan before adding the crust. All of my crust got stuck on the bottom. |

Comments: This was delicious and a hit at the church pot luck! The next time I make it I will divide the single recipe crust between two 9X13 pans. The crust was a little thick for me. One of the best cooks at the pot luck asked me for the recipe and was shocked when I rattled off the ingredients. |

Comments: around this time of year, i try out new recipeeze before the holidaze, and my fam' gets the job of thumbs up or down -- or they make suggestions to add or change whatever. my daughter can't decide if it's the best cheesecake she ever had or the best punkin pah, and that was before i 'membered the choc'lat and caramel toppings!
and i only used one mixin bowl and a coupla spoons! - jennifer |

Comments: I made these bars around Halloween for the cast of a murder mystery play. They were a big hit. They are extremely rich, so a little piece goes a long way, but you still find yourself going back for more. |

Comments: These are the best bars I've made and tasted by far. Guess I need to make a double batch the next time, though, as they were gone in one day. Guess that's saying they are beyond being good, huh. These are a must try. |

Comments: These were the best cheesecake bars I have ever had. I made them without the pecans since only part of the family likes nuts, but everybody that tried them loved them. I have handed out the recipe to everyone I know that loves pumpkin. Even though my mom is making the traditional pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving, I am still going to make these bars and bring them to our gathering. Thanks for sharing such a delicious recipe. |

Comments: this recipe was very good! i love pumpkin cheesecake and this is a great alternative! however the oatmeal crust didnt quite come out soft enough but i may have just cooked it too long? i opted to Not use the caramel and chocolate topping because i think it's too many different flavors all at once. i will definately make these again for holidays |
