Delicious !! What an explosion of flavor !! I doubled up on the lemon juice and, instead of halved grape tomatoes, I wedged baby romanita tomatoes. No broccoli or carrots, just due to personal peference. I used a hothouse cucumber, and I made sure the fresh baby spinach leaves went in 1 hour before serving, not overnight like the rest of the ingredients. Spectacular !! I'll make this again and again. It was a BIG hit !!

Great recipe, I'd definitely add the spinach right before you serve though, it makes the whole salad seem much more fresh!

The flavor of this salad was very good. However, I would not make this again with spinach. I made this salad a couple hours ahead of time and by the time we ate it the spinach was very wilted with dressing. Perhaps adding the spinach right before serving is a better idea.

Wow! This looks delicious - I add these stir-ins to my salad already and I can't wait to combine them into one delicious recipe.
