Comments: Delicious !! What an explosion of flavor !! I doubled up on the lemon juice and, instead of halved grape tomatoes, I wedged baby romanita tomatoes. No broccoli or carrots, just due to personal peference. I used a hothouse cucumber, and I made sure the fresh baby spinach leaves went in 1 hour before serving, not overnight like the rest of the ingredients. Spectacular !! I'll make this again and again. It was a BIG hit !! |

Comments: Great recipe, I'd definitely add the spinach right before you serve though, it makes the whole salad seem much more fresh! |

Comments: The flavor of this salad was very good. However, I would not make this again with spinach. I made this salad a couple hours ahead of time and by the time we ate it the spinach was very wilted with dressing. Perhaps adding the spinach right before serving is a better idea. |
