Not a keeper. The crust was too hard and tasteless. The filling was very foamy tasting. I was hoping for something more like a custard or cream cheese cake filling. |

I actually didn't do the "healthified" way of making this pie and it was really yummy! I also bought a pastry crust. It was quick, easy and tasty! |
