Comments: It was kind of bland for my family's tastes. I either won't make it again or I'll have to tweak the recipe next time. |

Comments: I used a 3 1/2lb pkg of western pork ribs (with bones), and along with some rice it strecthed the meat to feed my family of 6! The meat just fell off the bone! It was a nice twist on stew. My family loved it! They all said I could add it to our repertoire of family favorites! There was even enough for 2 leftover lunches! So yummy!!!! |

Comments: I love basmati rice! It adds another layer of flavor and fragrance to the dish.
And I would add snow peas next time I make the dish. Another layer of crunch! |
