I usually use canned yams so this was a quick and easy alternative. Wonderful and will definitely remain a mainstay side dish in my home all year round.

I made this for Thanks Givineg dinner, this recipe was so easy to make it was simple as one, two, three. When it was baking my, boyfriend, Dave said it smellled really good and that it was making him hungery. We arrived over at his grandparents place with it and they all could not wait to try it. they all said it smelled and looked very good. When everybody got their plates that was the first thing that they tried and said it was very, very good and they wanted the recipe for it. To sume it all up they said it was the best sweetpotatos they ever had!!!

And sooooo easy. Instead of cooking sweet potatoes or mashing can after can of yams, just whip up this delicous side dish. I love these instant sweet potatoes anyway, and this recipe made the Thanksgiving table great. Not as hearty and filling as traditional sweet potato casserole, if that's what you're looking for. These are lighter and fluffier; perfect.
