I love this recipe & I cook mostly from scratch. I have been a vegetarian for 31 years, so it's fun to find a new recipe that can become a regular! Another reader mentioned not being able to find sausage style crumbles. Both Boca & Morningstar Farms make really good ones- look for them in your store's freezer section. I always cook the veggies, especially onions, first. The browned onions add a great deal of "meatiness" & richness to the recipe. When they are just browning, I add the crumbles. I do this on any recipes I use crumbles in. Other than that, this recipe rocks! We love it! We have also made it with kale instead of spinach...yummy!

i was reluctant to try this as canned soup is not my favorite....however, it was DELICIOUS ! i did not use the soy crumble. the only other change was to add a handful of halved grape tomatoes at the same time as the spinach- it perked up the color of the dish. keep those weightwatcher ideas coming!!!!!

Great EASY recipe! I make this one a lot! My husband loves it! I sometimes add garlic, use different pastas, and canned mushrooms. I use the frozen chopped spiniach instead. I microwave it first before adding it at the end.

I didn't know where to find sausage-style soy-protein crumbles and we don't like mushrooms, so I left those to ingredients out. It was still great! Even my meatatarians enjoyed it!

I first saw this recipe in a Weight Watchers magazine and gave it a try. It is very tasty. I can't find the recipe card it came on so here I am. Here's a little tip. If you can't find sausage style recipe crumbles, get the original and add about 1/4 tsp of fennel for the sausage taste.

This was really delicious and the portions were very good size (when you're on Weight Watchers -- 7 points for this much food is great!). My husband liked it as well and it was plenty for him after adding a couple slices of crusty Italian bread and a glass of wine. I made just a teeny change. I used the entire bag (9 oz.) of spinach and it was not baby spinach -- I figured what the heck, with today's grocery prices so high, the baby spinach cost almost twice as much as the "regular" spinach and after tearing it into smaller pieces, it made no difference whatsoever. Anyway...I'll definitely make this again!

This is a very good quick meal and great if you are on Weight Watchers and want to make something that everyone will like and doesn't scream "diet food". I've made it several times now and think it's better without the veggie sausage crumbles. Makes 2 very generous servings.

This was one of the tastiest non-meat recipes I've tried. I used "Gimme Lean" brand soy sausage instead of the soy frozen crumbles. It was a hit in my house and perfect for two with a small dish of leftovers, which re-heated well. I liked it so much that I made it twice in one week.

This was extremely good!!! I made it for my family tonight and they raved about how it was like a restaurant dish. I did use turkey sausage and spaghetti because I did not have soy crumbles or bow ties. I also used frozen spinach and cooked it first before adding, it was wonderful

Very fast and yummy! The spinach is a great touch, makes the dish look beautiful and fresh when served, much nicer than most of the other "quick dinners" I make.

This recipe is REALLY good. It's also easy- all you have to do is measure a few things and chop an onion. Highly recommend it.
