The chicken is good, and I used bread crumbs this last time, instead of the cereal, but both times I've made it, the outside coating comes out mushy. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?? Thank you!

These chicken breasts are just fabulously delicious. Although I made mine with garlic/pepper flavoured wheat crackers - and it was soo soooooo good! I will DEFINATELY be making this again, as it got my husband's ultimate seal of approval. Yummy!

These were easy and delicious. I used half cereal and half bread crumbs. They tasted more mustardy than I was expecting, but were still amazing.

It was okay. I kind of disliked the bran cereal. The next time i made it i used bread crumbs.

WOW! I thought this recipe looked "just ok." When I made it, it was absolutely delicious!! Both the kids and my husband loved this recipe. Never any leftovers. This will go into the "make frequently" recipe category.
