Comments: These were very easy and had wonderful fresh flavor. The reason I did not give it 5 stars was because of the texture. The dough seemed too wet. I am not sure why, since no one else seemed to have that problem. Next time I will only soften the butter and not melt it. I will also spray the cookie sheet as they did not come off clean. |

Comments: Delicious and tangy, everyone loves these when I make them. After making several batches I have modified the recipe to give it more flavor by adding the zest of 2 limes, one extra Tbs of lime juice and almost twice the coconut. Add a couple minutes to the baking to compensate for the added ingredients. |

Comments: I love this cookie recipe. However, I make these cookies with lemon zest and lemon juice instead of lime. And they are incredible. These are my family's new favorite. |

Comments: My 10 year old daughter made these for "Make with a Mix" for 4-H. She decreased the cocunut to 1/4 cup and just needed a sprinkle of powdered sugar on each cookie. (We also changed the name so it would not sound like an adult beverage!) She really enjoyed making these and was very excited because she won Champion. We took the extras to 4th of July family events and they raved over them also! |

Comments: These are some of the simplest cookies that I've ever made. And ... they are outrageously delicious!! If you don't like lime you can replace with lemon. The combination of the sugar (butter) cookie and the citrus is such a great combo!!! |

Comments: I baked these cookies a few weeks ago and shared them with my family. Although I didn't really care for them, my mom loves trying different things so I passed the rest onto her. Sadly, she didn't really care for them either. She thought I had made them wrong perhaps so she made another batch just this week. They tasted just like mine...these lime cookies seem like a great idea, but just aren't anything special. |

Comments: I served these @ my Bunco party. Everyone commented on them. They started eating them BEFORE my main dish. The critics said it a was the PERFECT sugar cookie w/o the overwhelming flavor of lime. I doubled the batch, for 12 ladies, left out the coconut. Also, after the lime peel, I used kitchen scissors to chop lime peel more. HEY....i'm not an expert in the kitchen AND this recipe is easy enough for ANYONE :) have fun!! |

Comments: I love all things lime, and was excited to try this recipe. These cookies are easy to make and the coconut is the perfect addition. I used my small cookie scoop and made 4 dozen cookies. I did not dust with powdered sugar because they didn't last long enough to do so! These cookies are a new family favorite! |
