Comments: Good idea but the crust was way too hard and would not come off the dish - we ended up scooping the ice cream/sherbert out of the crust. |

Comments: This pie was delicious!! I must admit, I'm lazy, so I tweaked it a bit. I used a pre-made graham cracker crust and whacked up some cookies in a ziploc bag for the crumbles. It was still an amazing pie, tasted just like an orange dreamsicle. |

Comments: What a waste of time and money! I tried this on 2 different occasions and neither one of them turned out. I could not get my crust to even look close to the picture! |

Comments: I didn't like this at all! The cookie crust was too sweet and stuck to the pan. I think a graham cracker crust would have been nicer. |

Comments: This came out great on the first try - - I took the pie to work and people said it was the best thing ever! It's the perfect dessert for the warm summer months, and turned out to be very easy to make.Never having made an ice cream pie before, I would advise that you plan ahead so that you can work very quickly when you get to the part of layering the sorbet & ice cream. The sorbet in the bottom layer on my pie started to melt when I was finishing the top layer, so the result was a little messier looking than expected, but still tasted phenemonal. Oh, and I used an orange/raspberry sorbet that was superb. |

Comments: I made four pies with this receipe, Orange, Pineapple, Lime, and strawberry there was also fresh fruit in each pie. the only difference was all the sherberts were home made too. Eveyone loved them so much that each flavor was requested again. They were all so easy to make and looked great. They were a big hit! I did make all of them again for sale and my pies sold for the highest amount...that was great. All proceeds went to Chilren's Hospital...It felt great to help them. Try making this pie you won't regret it |
