These cookies were sooo good. I didn't have buttermilk, so I used regular milk, but they still turned out great. I was nervous I would mess up the frosting, but it was easy. I love this recipe. As a chocoholic, this gets a 5!

This cookies are very tasty, a little time consuming for plain chocolate cookies, but the homemade icing is great. Made these for a bake sale, they sold in a flash. I recommend this recipe!

Unbelieveably soft and moist! Such a hit with everyone I gave them to (and the couple I sneaked for myself). Followed the betty crocker cookbook variation and instead used 1/2 cup cocoa (didn't have bakers chocolate). Also threw in 3/4 c mini chocolate chips for some added chocolate kick. They spread quite a bit so definately give them the space they call for. Making them again as soon as I get more chocolate chips!

This one is pretty much like the cookies on page 1, if you put in the search word buttermilk.
