Comments: I made this mousse today, and I thought it was quiet easy and quick to do. I love soymilk, so this recipe is up my alley lol. It had a creamy vanilla taste, also the pic has it like white paper white...but it comes out like a creamy off white. when I served it I used fresh blueberries and raspberries and it was very yummy. I would be making this again. I would try it with chocoalte soymilk too. This recipe will definatley go in my book of recipes. I used lite vanilla soymilk instead of the regular vanilla soymilk ( I like silk soymilk) |
