This was just eh. Not good not bad. I make my own version of this in a skillet using cinnamon raisin bread and it is by far better than this one. It also takes much less time and is easier on clean up than this recipe. This one wasn't bad but I won't be making it again.

I have tried a recipe like this with regular eggs and all you pretty much tasted was egg. I guess with egg substitute you don't get as much of an eggy taste.

Sooo good and super easy to make for a crowd or just for 2! I used a chunky mixed berry jam and frozen mixed berries instead of just raspberries.

I've made this dish myself for friends family any one i'm close to and they love it as much as i do this dish is perfect to start your mornings
