These are wonderful, and so easy! I used white chocolate chips in place of a baking bar. They are such cute and tasty cookies!

these cookies are very easy to make. My 4 year old had a great time breaking the pretzels (and eating them) and dipping the cookies into the chocolate. Will definitely use this recipe again.

I really liked the taste- -the almond extract gives a nice change of pace as well as the white chocolate. I found that the directions gave me rather large cookies. I would suggest you cut the circles in 8 rriangles instead of 6.They were not hard to do except grating the white chocolate.

This is an awesome recipe for kids and adults to do together!! I had my 4 yr old and his buddy that is 3yrs make these together and they luved it!! The easiest part for them to do was dip the tree's and place the prezels wherever they wanted...which wasn't at the base of the cookie, hahaha....the only thing is that I would recommand you add more butter than what this recipe states. If you look on the cookie recipe it asks for 1/2 cup(i think)..so I added more butter. The trick to putting the sprinkles on, is to add them right when the cookies come out of the oven, and then again when you dip the cookies in chocolate. Other tip, make sure you do place them in a seal tight contanier, or they get hard, and no one wants to eat them, hahha...Merry Christmas!

My husband actually helped me decorate these delicious cookies! They were easy to make because you used the sugar cookie mix but so much better because you added ingredients. They are a hit of my cookie gifts!!

I have baked these cookies twice so far! I add the sprinkles to the dough BEFORE the cookies bake, so they will stay on the cookies.

I made these with my 2 children, ages 6 & 9. They had so much fun. I left out the food coloring and bought Betty Crockers Christmas frosting. I have some funny looking trees, but the kids had fun doing them.

I thought this recipe was great, I very much enjoyed the almond sent. Although, I thought that making the dough into wedges was making them too thin, I just rolled the dough all together and used a Christmas tree cutter! It worked perfect...very yummy :)

What a quick and easy way to have "shaped" cookies! I'm serving them a an open house this Sunday, and they are one of the easiest ones on the menu.

Very easy sugar cookies, and they're yummy, too! My 4-year-old and I had a great time making them. There was no huge mess, and almost all of it was easy enough for her to help with. I would suggest setting your timer for 5 minutes instead of 6 to start with. My first batch was a little too crispy.

I made these for a party, they were a real hit. They looked so cute and were pretty simple to make. My 2 yr old enjoyed dipping the trees into the melted bark.

The cookies were very easy to make. My 10 year old son did most of it. He substituted peppermint flavoring for the almond and they turned out great! My only problems: the dough is very sticky and it does not say to flour the surface before patting them out. Also, how do you get the sprinkles to stick after the cookies have cooled for 15 minutes? It does not say. For a 10 year old trying to follow directions, they were lacking in clarity.

I used this same idea to make blue food coloring and made dreidels for Hanukkah. The pretzel works as the spinner of the top and then my son can just form them the same way or cut the bottoms to make look more like a top.

These were a huge hit at my job! The only thing is that it says it makes 4 dozen cookies and I don't like my cookies thin so I made them thicker and it made about 18. I plan on making them again closer to christmas time.
