I added cooked Italian sausage to the mixture (my hubby is a meat man) It was fantastic, my kids 5 and 3 loved it. I made 7 one night and froze the other 6 prior to baking. A week or so later, I just thawed the (already stuffed manicotti) then baked as usual. It turned out perfect and it made for an easy meal when I was in pinch for dinner.

This was absolutely delicious! I am not a seasoned cook and my boyfriend is very Italian from a family of fabulous cooks and he rated it a 10! I also loved the dish and next time I make it I'll double the recipe for more leftovers.

This recipe is soooooo good. It is very easy and quick to make. My fiance loves pasta and has asked me to make it for him twice within one week. I will be making this one over and over again.

I really liked this recipe. It is great as a vegan recipe for people like me who don't eat meat. It was very creamy and easy to make.

WOW! This was SOOO good! I might have to make it every week, if the hubby doesn't get tired of it! I doubt he will though, we both loved this recipe :) Will probably add sausage or some meat next time, but we did use sauce with meat so that was extra good. 5 spoons!

this is an amazing recipe! so delicious and tasty. I decided to make dinner for my mom and my boyfriend one night so I came on this site and I found this recipe. went to the grocery store and got all my ingredients then came home and got to work. My mom came home from a long day of work and was soo grateful that I made dinner so she wouldn't have to make anything. She LOVED how it tasted! She just kept going on and on about it. My boyfriend enjoyed it too. I'll definitely use this recipe again.

Very delicious! Pretty easy to make as well. I used jarred pasta sauce that had small pieces of italian sausage in it which was a nice add in.

I make this almost weekly with an Alfredo sauce instead of a red sauce. I use low fat ricotta and add some spicy italian sausage. The blending of the flavors while baking makes for an amazingly simple, gourmet type meal.

These were great! I added some Italian seasoning for extra zip. I couldn't find manicotti so I used shells. Nice dinner! I'll make these again!

it tasted pretty good for the most part. my husband said that it felt like it was missing something, (im assuming thats the meat in this traditional meal) but it tasted healthy and was really filling.
