I left out the rice and used black beans instead of refried beans to give it a healthier touch. It was perfect and made for easy leftovers.

We loved the rice in this and it was really easy. We added avacado and lettice to our burritos, which made them supper good.

A delicious recipe! It was simple and fast to make. I also tried it with some left over shredded beef and it was awesome!

Great recipe! My picky family loved it! This one is a keeper. I also liked the fact that you did not have to turn on your oven. This will be a good recipe for the summer.

I made this for my husband, he loved it. I did take the advise of one of the reveiwers and used the "spanish" styled rice, it really added a lot of flavor. I will definatley try this again. It was quick and easy!

this was a very good meal, but since my husband wasn't in the mood for this variety of food, he didn't like it as much as i did.

I made the El Grande Burritos for my family. We all loved them very much, It was quick and easy to do instead of the white rice, I used a spanish rice and it made it even better. You can also used ground meat like you would for taco's instead of the chicken. I make them both ways and it is always so good. Try this for you family they will love it....
