This was very good! Used fat free half & Half instead of cream. Used a few drops of liquid smoke because Smoked cheddar cheese is hard to find! Will make this again.

This recipe was great. I loved the smoked cheddar which I found made by Tillamook. I will surely make this one again.

I usually have a hard time finding something filling for my husband and me and appealing to my 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 year old boys. This is the perfect recipe!!! I also had a hard time finding smoked cheddar so I used shredded cheddar and just added a few drops of liquid smoke. It turned out great.

Tried this last night, it was fantastic! I couldn't find smoked cheddar so I used 1C. sharp cheddar and 1C. smoked Goudam. It was so good, this recipe is a keeper. I'm looking forward to taking it to camp this summer,so simple to reheat.

Loved this dish! I had a hard time finding smoked cheddar, since I live in a small town so I used white cheddar and a few dashes of Just Smoke, which gave a great flavor- and without the expense of smoked cheese. And what a great comfort dish. I also mimicked the seasonings used to marinate chicken in, which was a great compliment to this comfort dish!

WOW this was really nice! I had no problems using fat free 1/2 and 1/2 instead of heavy cream to try to make it a little lower in calories. I'd definitely make this again!

I made this dish for a dinner party last year and there were raves all around. The smoked cheddar can be hard to find, but if you ask the cheese/deli counter person at your store, they probably have it. It's hearty enough to serve as a vegetarian main dish.
