My husband and I loved it! We love the combination of salty and sweet. I plan on making this one a favorite for the weekends.

This bake is excellent! We enjoyed it for Christmas breakfast. If you use fresh french bread instead of the english muffins, you can make and bake -- no waiting. Baked up delicious and light. Did use 1/2 lb of spicy sausage. Recommend it for anytime.

My Mom, sister, and I made this for our Christmas brunch and it was absolutely delicious. My mom has been trying to find a strata recipe to please the whole family and this one definitely did it! I am making it for my fiance and his family...hopefully it turns out as well as it did the first time! I would absolutely recommend this recipe! Delicious!

I made this for brunch Christmas morning. It was a good but not as good as some of the casseroles I have made in the past. Typically, I don't have any leftovers but that was not the case this time. I probably will not make this one for my next brunch. Personally, I liked the sweetness of the cranberries but I have to say, I didn't get the raves I am accustomed to on Christmas morning.

I made this dish for a family brunch a few weeks ago and it was a major hit. It was easy to make and extremely delicious. I made it along with the best blueberry coffee cake (another hit). I highly recommend this recipe. You can't go wrong. (I used craisins in this recipe which were nice and sweet).

I made this for my husbands family over Thanksgiving. It was a huge hit, even with my childcren ( 4 and 6). Some topped it with a little syrup which was also very yummy! Great recipe!
