These are delicious. The filling is fluffy and light. Would also be good with a regular graham cracker crust!

This is a great recipe and I've made it several times but I found that pre-baking the cookie crust made it overcooked & hard-so I dont prebake now; I just pour the filling over the cookie and bake together-much better results. Also, the last time, I doubled the filling portion and skipped the fruit; when filling cooled I added strawberries in strawberry glaze on top-everyone went crazy over it.

I made these for my bunco group and they were horrible! I could not get the cookie crust to cut and the cheescake mixture kept sticking to ever utensil I tried to cut it with! They were a disaster! I followed the recipe to the exact. I will not be making these again!

Easy and yummy, but the Apple Streusel Cheesecake bars are to die for! They are my husband's favorite!

I'm not a big fan of the sugar cookie crust--next time I'll just use a regular graham cracker crust, but otherwise, this was great, and very pretty as well.

Made this for the Memorial Day weekend, it was a big hit and very easy to make. I will however make 1 change next time I make it. I will use 1/2 of the cookie dough for 1 cheescake. To me the cookie dough was to thick with 1 package for the entire cake.

This was a great recipe. I made this on a Friday afternoon and by Sunday lunch, it was already gone. Everyone loved it! I will keep this recipe and pass it down to my children. Thanks!

I enjoyed the convenience of these little cheesecake bites. The first time I made them, I used the strawberry spread, but the spead came out runny and liquid-y. So I made them again without the strawberry spread and enjoyed it more. The sugar cookie at the bottom is chewy and delicious, but I think I would prefer this treat with a classic graham cracker bottom instead.
