Comments: Surprisingly this was so good! I was hesitant because the pasta actually cooks in the broth and I thought it may have turned out starchy/gloppy, but it did not. I used double the amount of broth and also added the juice from the lemon.
Even my kids (15 & 12) liked it and cleaned their plates. I served this with garlic toast.
Good, easy meal. |

Comments: Tasty, but it needed a bit more flavor. Easy-to-make - a great weeknight meal. |

Comments: Definately had to add more broth as well but this is a great dish. Using a pre-cooked rotissere chicken is genius. I was sceptical at first but it was delicious. |

Comments: This was light & interesting - a nice change of pace from pasta with red sauce! I wish I had read the other reviews before I started, though - there definitely should be more broth. The pan was dry with 7 minutes left to go. I did round up some wine to add at the end but next time I'll plan ahead :) My family enjoyed this quite a bit and asked me to keep the recipe ~Thanks! |

Comments: This was a delicious recipe and the whole family enjoyed it, even the picky eaters liked it. First time in a long time there was no leftover.
I did have to add more chicken broth and I felt the rigatoni was a little to dry. |

Comments: Loved it! I also added three cups of broth to cook the pasta and about 2-3 cups of broccoli. At the last five minutes I added a cup of marsala wine (we love to cook with wine) and it was exquisite! Yummy yum (OH and easy too!) |

Comments: My family loved this recipe. It's a keeper. The only difference made, I had to add more chicken broth than the recipe called for. We like a very moist pasta. Other than that, I made the recipe as directed. Even my picky daughter liked it. |
