I just made this as a main dish. Just dodn't rinse the pasta & veggies, only drain them. Then add the peanut butter mixture. For our taste, I added some salt and pepper. The flavors came out better after it sat for a few minutes. Next time I'll cover and let set for about 5 minutes before serving warm. I served it with boneless chicken chunks (cooked seperately) by frying them in canola oil and sprinkled with spices. YUM! My family loved it!!!

I was amazed how quickly this recipe was done and ready to eat! I added a few other vegetables along with the brocoly and carrots. I enjoyed it warm.

Our family really enjoyed this dish. I served it hot instead of cold, and it was delicious. Will make again!
