Oh so good! Served it with yellow rice. Both my 7yr old and 2 1/2 yr old wanted seconds! Very quick and simple! We will make this again! |

This recipe was quick, easy to make and inexpensive but lacked flavor. If I tried it again I would add some extra seasoning so that it wasn't so bland. Unfortunately, I brought more than half it home from the holiday party I took it to. |

This was very simple and tasted great!
I didn't have the package mix called for, so I used 8 small flour tortillas and one can of enchilada sauce. |
