Comments: I made this recipe without the sour cream topping because I didn't have any sour cream on hand. I am pretty picky about my cheesecake and doubted that this would hit the spot (mainly because it was so easy!). To my surprise, it was delicious! I added double the pumpkin spice for some extra zing. This recipe is a must try. **Be sure to chill all the way. Happy Eating!

Comments: This is danged easy! Used light cream cheese, and more than 8 oz. Used Splenda, more spice. And fat free sour cream for the topping with Splenda too. Quick and simple, my husband prefers pie/cheesecake to any Torte for his Birthday. |

Comments: This is such a good recipe as it is. It's so easy and the sour cream topping is so tremendous. The cream cheese is subtle. So,I will probably add another half package of cream cheese next time I make this since I prefer it to be stronger. But this is definitely a keeper. Much better (and cheaper) than buying one from the store! |

Comments: I loved this pumpkin cheesecake. It had the pumpkin pie flavor and texture, but the great cheesecake richness.
I used some substitutes in it: I used WW cream cheese and egg beaters to reduce the calories/fat. The topping was amazing. I used 1/2 a cup instead of a full cup of sour cream and added more vanilla and a hint of cinnamon. |

Comments: I made this for Christmas this year ... everyone LOVED it !!! It will definitely be included in many more family dinners.
I did add an extra package of cream cheese to it like someone had suggested, & it gave it a more dense feel...like cheesecake.
I've made regular pumpkin cheesecake for years, but this will be the one I choose from now ! No springform pan to contend, much easier to prepare ... it's AWESOME !!!!! |

Comments: I made 4 of these pumpkin cheesecakes and everyone who tried it wanted the recipe. When i made them, i made a double recipe and instead of two 8 ounce cream cheese bars, I added three, and it still came out perfect. I also increased the sugar by 1/2 cup for two. Instead of sour cream, I used vanilla yogurt and finely chopped walnuts. I know I'll be making this for xmas. |

Comments: My 13 year old daughter found this recipe and makes it for family occasions. It is the best!! It is pumpkin pie with a yummy twist. Our family does not like pie crust, so this is a perfect pie for us! Everyone who eats it wants the recipe. It does have a pumpkin pie consistancy, but the flavor is amazing. Totally Recommend!!! |

Comments: This pumpkin cheesecake was so simple to make! Not a single piece was left for me, I had to make a second one! I preferred putting whip cream as the topping as the sour cream topping was not to my family's liking. |

Comments: This was amazing! I used splenda instead of sugar and yogurt cheese instead of sour cream for the topping. The topping is perfect pairing with the cheesecake itself. I'm not the biggest pumpkin pie fan, but I love this recipe! |

Comments: This was quite good, but too heavy and dense the first time I made it. The second time, I beat the egg whites separately until slightly stiff and I added 1/2 Cup of half-and-half to the pumpkin mixture as it was being blended. I folded the pumkin mixture into the stiffened agg whites. The result was WONDERFUL. My 16 year old grandson thinks we should start a new tradition and have this dessert every year at Thanksgiving! |

Comments: This is a wonderful treat if you love pumpkin as much as I do. This was very easy to make (in fact I made it twice!!) and I would make it more times in the future. The only difference I did was I used 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice instead of adding the individual spices. I would recommend this to everyone!! |
