We could not find the frozen bag the recipe called for but we found something similar and it worked fine. I have some picky eaters but it was wonderful. The pork tasted a little like pure Bisquick and it did not bread very well. But overall we enjoyed it and will be making it again in the future.

I made this and it was great!! I followed the directions exactly. I used fresh yellow, green, and red bell peppers, and an onion. The grocery store was out the frozen mix. It was very delicious over white rice! I am not a seasoned cook, but this was a very simple recipe to make. I will definitely be making this again, and will try it with chicken next time!!

We loved it. Even the kids. I used chicken instead of pork and bought the mix of rice, green and red peppers, and onion in the freezer section. I also cooked shrimp on the side but we all ended up adding it to our Sweet-and-Sour Chicken instead!

I had issues with the whole shaking them in a bag thing, maybe I need to try less pork pieces next time but as for the overall taste, unforgettably wonderful! This family of four adored it and they aren't always easy to please!

I made this recipe to the letter, it would have been better if there was no fat on the pork (hard to cut off fat prior to cooking). And there was just too much sweet-n-sour sauce it came out messy

I made this dish tonight for dinner serving it over a bed of white rice. The kids loved it & it was super easy to make. If your looking for a fast, easy & nutritious meal, this is it.

This is a super recipe. Quick and tasty. I could not find the frozen pepper and onion combination so I used fresh peppers and onions and it worked perfectly. Try it!

This was okay. My husband liked it alot more than I did. I found that the pan had to be cleaned after pork was done cooking before I could add the rest of the ingredients. It was okay. Next time I might use Yoshidas Gourmet Oriental Sauce instead of the sweet and sour. All in all, just okay for me...will make again for hubby.

Great Recipe! Both me and my husband are Southerners. We enjoy our Southern Home-cooked Meals, however sometimes we get a little bored with the same meals. I searched Betty Crocker looking for something different and found this recipe. Not only was it easy to prepare, my Husband raved about how good it taste. We're definitely doing this one again!!!

I made this using a recipe for sweet and sour sauce I had instead of the bottled stuff. This was restaurant quality. I love the smell of the onions and pineapple. This colorful dish is a new favorite at our house.

Wonderful recipe! I substituted a frozen stir-fry veggie mix (pea pods, orange/yellow carrot strips, and water chestnuts) as we deal w/ stomach issues in our family, I also added another can of water chestnuts. The bottled sweet and sour sauce I bought seemed a little too spicy for my kids, so I used half of it and watered it down which made it just right. It got rave reviews from all! No leftovers! I love the simplicity of Betty's recipes that allow for alterations/additions/substitutions. They can make a great springboard for your own personal creations!

We LOVED this recipe! It actually tasted better than the sweet and sour at our favorite Chinese restaurant, and it was so fast and easy to make. The recipe is definitely a keeper!
