This was a crowd pleaser. I also added white chocolate chips and I have tried chocolate chunks which was the biggest hit. I added a bit more creame de menth than required. I dont buy store bought cheese cake anymore, everyone wants BC!

This was really easy to make, but unfortunately it wasn't very good either. Could have used more sugar and maybe more creme de menthe. It also had a wierd consistency, tough and spongy is how I would describe it. I won't use this recipe again.

The picture makes it look really good, but once I made it, I wasn't impressed. Mixing Bisquick into the batter made the cake spongy and firm, not like cheesecake texture.

Overall, this cheesecake wasn't bad...I decided to try it because it was unlike any cheesecake recipe i've seen before. It was strange, though. It seemed like it could use a little more sugar to sweeten it up but at the same time seemed so rich that i couldn't finish my piece. Also, I did not like having Bisquick mixed into the cake instead of having a crust. I think i would have enjoyed it more if the cheesecake had been less firm and had a graham cracker crust. I will probably try this recipe again and just make some modifications.
