Comments: I made the dough and chilled it overnight, then made the cookies the next night. Makes it easy if you don't have a lot of time in one night.
Very easy to make. Easy to handle. If you want softer cookies, I suggest rolling them thicker. The taste is light and not overpowering. |

Comments: The recipe was very easy to work with, it did not fall apart when trying to cut. The taste however was not as good as another recipe I have. |

Comments: I Made these cookies and they did not turn out soft. I made them too thin. I would suggest making them thicker for softer cookies. |

Comments: This is the first time I used this recipe last year (2005) for Christmas, Best ones I ever tasted. I have everyone raving about how tasty and soft these gingerbread man were. I decided to use this recipe every year. It out beats the local bakeries. try it!!! |
