Reading the other reviews, I was concerned the sogginess may come from the bisquick so I added a few more tablespoons. I have never used bisquick before and the batter looked runny in order to form it in the pie dish. It seemed to work for me. The dish came out great. I choose to cook the cubed chicken in a few tablespoons of BBQ to add flavor along with seasoning the chicken with salt & pepper prior to adding to the pan. Leftovers worked well in the microwave as well. No soggy underside but a bit dried out on top. I added a squeeze of BBQ prior to eating.

Tastes good as is but yes, it was a little soggy. Be sure to use boneless chicken as it calls for and cut into cubes or strips. My wife precooked the chicken and then shreaded it in lieu of cubed. I think that is why it was a little soggy. I think the next time we will add some corn.

This recipe is delicious! I have made it twice so far and my whole family loved it. I have two young children that are picky eaters and they ate every bite! It is super fast and very easy.

Very easy yes. Good...no!! This recipe was not very good at all. The chicken was very bland and the dough mix was soggy.

This is great for a lunch date! I used leftover chicken and a leftover grilled pork chop, chopped them up into cubes, added the bq sauce and warmed it all in a pan before pouring it into the dough. Served with a salad--it was just great! My husband loved it! What a great idea for leftovers!

If you like BBQ chicken pizza you will like this just alittle easier than making pizza from scratch. Very good.

We made this exactly as directed except we used chicken tenders instead of the breasts. It was a big hit with both family and friends. Very easy dish to prepare. My son and I love spicy so we made 2 of them and spiced one up with a bit of chili peppers the second time we made it. Either way you prepare it YUM!
