I made this last night,I subsuted whole wheat tortillas and fat free sour cream because thats what I had.It was sooooo good! Both my husband and I loved it!All we can say is yum!yum! |

FANTASTIC!!!! I tried this for the first time tonight and it was a HUGE hit! Substituted corn tortillas instead of flour, used fat-free refried beans, light sour cream and added extra chicken in the filling. With a side of Mexican rice and homemade cornbread, it was like dining out. Definitely use the lettuce, tomatoes and green onions as toppers. It's killer! You must try this! |

Good casserole, I did replace the flour tortillas with corn tortillas softened for a minute in hot oil and drained on paper towel. |

This was a good dish. With just my husband and I, we had a lot left over, and has been delicious as lunch. We will definitely make it again. |

This is a very good meal. My 4 year old and 2 year old loved it as well. It's not everyday they clean their plates! It took me longer to make it, but that's because I had to cut up and cook my chicken. Very easy to make, I can't wait to have leftovers for lunch today. It would be a very good meal to bring to a pot luck as well. |
