Comments: This is far from real traditional German Potato Salad. It would be better it you made it from scratch using red potatoes, bacon, sugar and vinegar. |

Comments: I highly suggest using malt vinegar (traditionally used on fries in British Fish and Chips) instead of white vinegar for a more tangy flavor. You can usually find malt vinegar in the same section as the white, cider, and other flavored vinegars. |

Comments: This recipe is much better if you use store bought German potato salad. It can be heated in a skillet, and takes less time to cook. Using this method takes less time overall to complete this recipe, and is much tastier. I think you'll like it. |
