Very yummy! I added Corned Beef which means I needed more eggs. Served w/ horseradish sauce & mustard. BIG HIT!

I thought the recipe sounded yummy so I made it for my husband and I for breakfast. I was disappointed by both the appearance and taste. I used pumpernickel rye and maybe it would have been better with lighter rye bread.
