Comments: For taste I would give this recipe a "5." Everyone did indeed love it. Unfortunately the dough was quite difficult for me to make. If you decide to do it yourself, and are not very familiar with pastry dough, be prepared...you will be in the kitchen for a while. In order to get the proper dough size, I had to roll it out a little, put it in the fridge to cool then roll some more. The dough was fragile. I will make this recipe again, but next time I will use a pre-packaged dough. |

Comments: Made this recipe for a family gathering. Doubled it and it took about 3 hours from start to finish. I omitted the Brandy but was still very delicious. The hardest part was spooning the brown sugar mixture over the dumplings, my pan wasn't big enough. Recommend a baster to make it easier. Overall would make it again for a special occasion! |

Comments: Oh YUMMMMM!! This really should be a sin!! Wow!! I made this dish for a gathering, most folks were mad about not getting any!!! I doubled the recipe the next time, still wasnt enough!! I used Brandy, Our very favoiiate!!! |
