Comments: This recipe was pretty good. I do prefer something with a little more flavor - perhaps I could add more ginger, soy sauce and sugar next time. It was good, but I'll search for something more flavorful next time... |

Comments: This was a great dish for a night where you want a light but filling meal. I didn't add the ginger because I don't care for the spice and I use ramen noodles instead of the noodles it called for. It was very tasty. I will definitely be making this again. |

Comments: Yummy! This recipe was soooo good, even though I used fresh carrots that i had slightly over-boiled. Delicious, will make again! |

Comments: We really liked this recipe! This recipe has a very fresh taste to it. We forgot to grab ginger root at the store so we made the stir-fry without it, and it was still good. I will definitely make this again! Next time, I am going to try ramen noodles instead of the stir-fry noodles for a cheaper alternative. |

Comments: The chicken was kind of dry but it did taste good. I'm not a fan of noodles so rice was fine. |

Comments: I made this dish tonight for some friends. Everybody loved it!! I did add asparagus too. It was interesting to try the Chinese noodles, as I've never had them before. I think I maybe prefer rice though as that seems to go with stir fry. Will definitely add this recipe to my favorites. |

Comments: My family really enjoyed this dish and the only reason that I did not give it a 5 was because parts of the recipe (I felt)were somewhat vague and I had to do what I knew would work. For a person who may not know their way around the kitchen this may have left them "in a pickle". So, I did what I knew would work, adding seasonings that I would normally use and really working on the sauce which, turned out great (not the consistancy that I thought it should have been) but nonetheless, the taste was great. My children thought that it tasted very much like chinese food and I was happy because I really do not like to eat out. If you know a little bit about cooking, this is a great meal to prepare for the family. I enjoyed rice with the meal as opposed to the noodles. |
